about us

 Founded in 1958, First Call is an affiliate member of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence Inc., the first advocacy health organization dealing exclusively with substance use disorders in the United States. It is the mission of First Call to reduce the impact of alcohol, drugs, and addiction by providing quality resources to individuals, families, and the community. One of the ways that First Call works towards its mission is through meaningful software solutions for the behavioral health field.
First Call Technology is a robust IT partner that can assist your organization in using technology solutions tailored to your needs.
Our software provides secure and confidential solutions that enable users to track client data and care, as well as coordinate services across agencies.
We have a small but powerful team of developers who focus every day on ensuring a great user experience for our customers. Unlike some of our large competitors, we guarantee quick responses to client needs.
 We do not require you to purchase additional hardware or software to run our products.  The minimum you need is a computer that can access the internet. Our products run on Internet Explorer, FireFox, Google Chrome, Safari, iPad, iPhone and Android devices.
