As a member of the original task force charged with developing a data base that would be used statewide by Child Advocacy Centers in the state of Missouri, I have been very impressed with First Call’s willingness to listen and respond to the needs of the users.  What sounds good in theory does not always work out in practice and many changes have been made over the course of the past two years.  Ken and more recently, Justin, have been very patient as changes are requested and have managed to keep the cost affordable.
